Relive the Horror with "Clock Tower" Official Re-Release

The Super Famicom game Clock Tower is a classic of the horror genre. While this first game has never been released outside Japan, the franchise has a devoted fan following around the world via its two sequels. Now, thanks to Project EGG, old fans and new players alike can experience the original once again.

The first Clock Tower stars Jennifer, one of four orphans adopted by the reclusive Simon Barrows and moved into his mansion, named the Clock Tower. Her time in the mansion can go down one of several branching paths, but all of them involve the Scissorman -- a small, deformed creature wielding a huge set of scissors. Help Jennifer explore the Clock Tower, uncover the secrets of her new benefactor, and fight for her life.

Project EGG (short for "Engrossing Game Gallery") specializes in Windows releases of vintage video games. This new version of Clock Tower will be available for Windows platforms from Vista up through 10. At present, they're running a "One Coin Campaign" that will allow Project EGG subscribers to buy the game for 500 yen. After the campaign ends, it will be available for 800 yen.
