The official Japanese website for the ongoing TV anime Fafner Exodus has posted a 20-second new CM featuring 38-year-old voice actor Makoto Ishii visiting the shops in Akihabara (probably in the AKIBA Cultures ZONE building) in cosplay as Festum Dancer. Ishii has been voicing the protagonist of the anime series Kazuki Makabe since the first TV series in 2004.
He lost a game at the premiere event for Fafner Exodus, which was held at Maihama Amphi Theater on November 15, 2014. The penalty for him was to go to the Akiba shops in cosplay as Festum Dancer, who appeared in the 2012 stage play "Ongakugeki Sokyu No Fafner."
