Sunrise today launched a teaser site and Twitter account for Battle Spirits: Burning Soul, the upcoming 7th TV anime based on Bandai's trading card game series Battle Spirits. It is confirmed that Kenta Shinohara, who is best known for his manga series SKET DANCE, serves as the original character designer for the anime. The news was also announced at the BatoSupi Kaihousai event held at Tokyo Big Sight today, January 11, and the visitors can check Shinohara's original arts and rough sketches for the characters.
Battle Spirits: Burning Soul will premiere on TV Tokyo and its affiliates in April 2015.
